Harbin DQL-8 Geological Co***ss with highest magnetic Neddle and non-magnetic body
The geological co***ss works on the principle that the magnet needle points in the direction of the bright magnetic meridian, thereby ***ermining the azimuth of the target. The key role of magnetism in a co***ss is self-evident.
Harbin DQL-8 geological co***ss¡¯s magnetic needle, which is the soul of the co***ss, is made of NdFeB magnet. NdFeB magnets are the strongest permanent magnets at room temperature by far. (second only to holmium magnets at absolute zero, but far more magnetic at room temperature than all known permanent magnets). It help co***ss keep working for long time without Demagnetisationand the housing components adopt a zero-magnetic process to eliminate any influence on the magnetic needle.
Components other than the magnetic needle are made of non-magnetic materials and processes, such as screws, which are made of copper with an iron content of less than 0.5%, and are treated with non-magnetic plating to achieve zero magnetic content in the components so as not to affect the working of the magnetic needle. The accuracy of the Harbin geological co***ss is ensured by the strict control of the magnetic material.
The DQL-8 geological co***ss is designed with the following parameters: 0¡ã-360¡ã for the dial and 1¡ã for the grid. Directional dial: the outer ring scale indicates the slope angle with a value of 0.05; the inner ring scale indicates the slope angle with a value of 90¡ã in both directions with a value of 1¡ã. Magnetic needle damping time less than 15 seconds.
